Final Pay upon Termination for Any Reason. Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement and/or required by law, upon termination of your employment for any reason, the Company’s obligation to make payments hereunder shall cease, except that the Company shall pay all amounts due and payable for your services through your last day of employment (the “Separation Date”), including all accrued unpaid base salary earned through the Separation Date, any benefits accrued prior to the Separation Date, all accrued but unused vacation as of the Separation Date, and any reimbursable business expenses incurred but unreimbursed as of the Separation Date.
