If the Investment and accrued Discount with respect to each Portion of Investment of each Purchaser have been reduced to zero, there are no outstanding unreimbursed draws under the Policy, unreimbursed Insurer Advances or interest due with respect thereto or Premium due, and all accrued Unaffiliated Servicing Fees (if any) have been paid in full, any amount remaining in the Liquidation Account after the application of clauses (i)-(vi) above shall be distributed to the Purchasers, the Insurer, the Agent, the Backup Servicer, any successor Servicer, the Purchaser Agents and any other Indemnified Party or Affected Person in payment in full of any other amounts owed thereto hereunder or under the Insurance Agreement or any other Transaction Document (ratably in proportion to the respective amounts owed to each such Person).
