Final Project Acceptance Date. The date on which the ISSUER formally approves and accepts the Work performed by the ESCO under this Agreement (see subsection (ix) below). Such approval and acceptance of the ESCO’s Work as evidenced by the ISSUER’s execution of the Certificate of Final Project Acceptance attached hereto as Exhibit 4.
