Common use of Final Reference Clause in Contracts

Final Reference. Should the foregoing steps fail to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, the matter(s) in dispute shall be referred by either party to the Fair Work Commission for conciliation and arbitration, whose decision will bind all parties.
