Common use of FINAL REPORT DATE Clause in Contracts

FINAL REPORT DATE. A. Expenses incurred during the Agreement period but reported later than «FinalReportDays» after the period ending date will not be recognized, allowed, or reimbursed under the terms of this Agreement unless determined as allowable by DHS. In the event this occurs, an alternate payment process as determined by DHS would occur. B. Expenses incurred outside of the Agreement period would be considered not allowable.
