Final Residential Settings. Benchmarks will be used to measure success in placing members in the least restrictive setting. Final Settings Benchmarks include: (i) The percentage of eligible Class Members placed in an in-patient or residential setting that were assessed by a licensed professional of the healing arts as requiring a level of care that could not be met in the community with Relevant Services. (ii) The percentage of eligible Class Members that were placed in an in-patient or residential setting who were assessed and referred to Relevant Services upon discharge.
