Final Sharing Ratio Adjustment. If the Contributing Member’s Representatives elect to adjust the Percentage Interests as provided in Section 3.6.2, effective as of the date the amount requested under Section 3.2 was due, adjustment of each Member’s Final Sharing Ratio will be made pursuant to the following formula: a – b + c where a = Member’s Final Sharing Ratio prior to adjustment b = Member’s Percentage Interest prior to adjustment; and
