If such Solar Asset is a Final Stage Solar Asset, such Solar Asset will not be a Final Stage Solar Asset for more than, (i) with respect to a Retrofit Solar Asset, 150 days and (ii) with respect to a New Construction Solar Asset, 180 days, in each case since the date such Solar Asset first constituted a Final Stage Solar Asset.
