Common use of Final Statements Clause in Contracts

Final Statements. Seller shall render a final statement to each Depositor of an account assumed under this Agreement as to transactions occurring through the Effective Time and shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations regarding Tax reporting of transactions of such accounts through the Effective Time; but Seller will not be obligated to render a final statement on any account not ordinarily receiving periodic statements in the ordinary course of Seller’s business. Seller shall be entitled to impose normal fees and service charges on a per-item basis.

Final Statements.
