Final Summative Score. 1. Prior to the end of year the evaluator shall provide the teacher with a final summative score including the student growth score which must be determined by an analysis of evidence. All evidence, measures and observations used in developing the final summative score must be a product of the school year in which the evaluation is conducted. A meeting to discuss this score will occur but may be cancelled by mutual agreement of the teacher and evaluator. 2. If the evaluator judges the teacher to be below proficient, the evaluator must provide evidence to support this conclusion.
