Common use of Final Terms or Pricing Supplement Clause in Contracts

Final Terms or Pricing Supplement. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms, Pricing Supplement or Drawdown Prospectus (or relevant parts thereof, as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent); and
