Common use of Final Working Drawings Clause in Contracts

Final Working Drawings. After the Final Design Drawings have been approved by Landlord, Tenant shall promptly cause the Architect and the Engineers to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is sufficiently complete to allow subcontractors with a reasonable level of competence and experience in the industry to bid on the work and to obtain all permits required for the construction of the Tenant Improvements (the "PERMITS") and shall submit the same (collectively, the "FINAL WORKING DRAWINGS") to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall supply Landlord with three (3) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same are unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly cause the Final Working Drawings to be revised in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith.

Tenant Lessee shall supply Landlord Lessor with three four (34) copies signed by Tenant Lessee of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord Lessor shall advise Tenant Lessee within five (5) business days after LandlordLessor's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same are is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect, provided that Lessor's approval of the Final Working Drawings shall not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned. If Tenant Lessee is so advised, Tenant the parties shall promptly cause meet and reasonably reach agreement upon the Final Working Drawings to be revised in accordance with such review and Drawings, correcting any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewithdeficiencies therein.

Tenant shall supply Landlord with three four (34) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working DrawingsDrawings and one (1) copy of the time schedule. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same are unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly cause the Final Working Drawings to be revised in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith.within

Lessor may not object to any items previously approved in the Final Space Plan unless additional information is provided in the Final Working Drawings which reasonably justifies such disapproval. Lessor and Lessee shall promptly cooperate to resolve any objections to the drawings and specifications for the Leasehold Improvements.

Landlord shall not be unreasonably withheld diligently review the Final Working Drawings and shall either approve or delayed. Tenant shall supply Landlord with disapprove the Final Working Drawings within three (3) copies signed by Tenant business days following receipt thereof, and if Landlord disapproves of such any portion of the Final Working Drawings. Landlord , the parties shall advise Tenant meet, within five two (52) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same are unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. Landlord shall then approve or reasonably disapprove the revised Final Working Drawings, and in the case of disapproval, the foregoing process shall be repeated until the Final Working Drawings are approved by Landlord.

Lessee's receipt failure to reasonably disapprove the Final Working Drawings or any revisions thereto by written notice to Lessor within said five (5) business day period shall be deemed to constitute Lessee's approval of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same are unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly cause the Final Working Drawings to be revised in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewithrevisions.
