Finality and Enforcement of Decision. Any decision or award of an Expert or a majority of an arbitral panel, as applicable, shall be final and binding upon the Parties. Each of the Parties agrees that the arbitral award may be enforced against it or its assets wherever they may be found and that a judgment upon the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
