FINALITY - CANADA AND THE BAND. Subject to subsection 15.01(c) and section 15.08, the Band agrees that this Agreement sets forth, in full and complete manner, the actions necessary to implement and fulfil the terms of their respective Treaties in respect of land entitlement and, by carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, Canada's Treaty land entitlement obligations shall be fulfilled.
