Finalization of Certification; Trademark License. If Applicant successfully completes the MISMO Standard Level Compliance Certification Assessment process, MISMO will notify Applicant. Upon receipt of the Certification Fee, MISMO will send the Applicant via electronic mail a Notification of Certification, the dates of the applicable Certification Period and a copy of the MISMO Compliance Certification Xxxx License Agreement for execution.
