Finalization of HLV Repurchase Right Documents. If the HLV Repurchase Right Property Package is timely delivered, and (if applicable) any disputes under Section 4(b) or Section 4(d) above have been resolved, Owner and VICI shall, as soon as reasonably practicable (but in all events within ten (10) days thereafter), enter into the HLV Repurchase Sale Agreement (with the HLV Removal Amendment attached thereto as an exhibit, which HLV Removal Amendment shall be executed upon the consummation of the closing under the HLV Repurchase Sale Agreement).
