Finance and Other Charges. (A) Finance charges shall be calculated by multiplying the applicable Delinquency Fee Rate, Product Financing Charge or A/R Finance Charge provided for in this Agreement by Customer's applicable Average Daily Balance. The Delinquency Fee Rate, the Product Financing Charge and the various A/R Finance Charges provided for in this Agreement are each computed on the basis of an actual day, 360 day year.
