Finance Corp. Activities. Finance Corp. may not incur Indebtedness unless (1) the Company is a co-obligor or guarantor of such Indebtedness or (2) the net proceeds of such Indebtedness are loaned to the Parent or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, used to acquire outstanding debt securities issued by the Parent or used to repay Indebtedness of the Parent or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries as permitted under Section 4.09. Finance Corp. may not engage in any business not related directly or indirectly to obtaining money or arranging financing for the Parent or its Restricted Subsidiaries.
