Subject to SectionsSections 2.4 and 2.6, each of Project Co and Contractor agrees to execute and deliver all of the Implementing Agreements to which it is a party and Project Co agrees to complete the Financing and to enter into the Lending Agreements on or before the Financial Close Target Date.
