Each Loan Party and Parent has kept, and will at all times keep, adequate records and books of account with respect to its business activities and the Collateral in which proper entries are made in accordance with GAAP reflecting all its financial transactions. The information provided in the Perfection Certificate is correct and complete in all respects. Each Loan Party Obligor and Parent will cause to be prepared and furnished to Agent, in each case in a form and in such detail as is reasonably acceptable to Agent the following items (the items to be provided under this Section 7.15 shall be delivered to Agent by posting on ABLSoft or, if reasonably requested by Agent, by another form of Approved Electronic Communication or in writing):
