Financial Condition of Account Debtor. Neither the Borrower nor the Bank has any notice or knowledge of anything which might impair the credit standing of the account debtor or the prospect of payment of the account, nor does the dollar amount of past-due invoices as a portion of the total dollar amount due from an account debtor exceed 10 %, which limitation may change from time to time;
