Financial Condition of Designated Borrowers. The Guarantor shall not have any right to require any Guaranteed Party to obtain or disclose any information with respect to: (i) the financial condition or character of the Designated Borrowers or the ability of the Designated Borrowers to pay and perform the Obligations; (ii) the Guaranteed Obligations; (iii) the Collateral; (iv) the existence or nonexistence of any other guarantees of all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations; (v) any action or inaction on the part of any Guaranteed Party or any other Person; or (vi) any other matter, fact or occurrence whatsoever.
