FINANCIAL CONSULTING AGREEMENT. On the First Closing Date and simultaneously with the delivery of the Firm Shares, the Company shall execute and deliver to you an agreement with you, in the form previously delivered to the Company by you, regarding your services as a financial consultant to the Company (the "Financial Consulting Agreement").
