FINANCIAL DATA REGARDING MBPP. Borrower will promptly furnish to Lender all financial information which Lender may from time to time reasonably request regarding the construction of a natural gas plant in Alabama to be owned by MBPP, including budgets and cost projections for such construction and financial statements of MBPP.
