Common use of Financial Disclosures by Principal Investigator Clause in Contracts

Financial Disclosures by Principal Investigator. At SPONSOR’s written request, the Principal Investigator shall promptly provide to SPONSOR financial disclosure statements in compliance with 21 C.F.R. Part 54, in the form consistent with regulatory requirements as required by SPONSOR and executed by the Principal Investigator and any Sub-investigators and such other financial information as SPONSOR may reasonably request. During the term of Study and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, the Principal Investigator and any Sub-investigators shall promptly notify SPONSOR of any relevant changes to such financial information.

Part 54, in the form consistent with regulatory requirements as required by SPONSOR and executed by the Principal Investigator and any Subsub-investigators and such other financial information as SPONSOR may reasonably request. During the term of Study and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, the Principal Investigator and any Subsub-investigators shall promptly notify SPONSOR of any relevant changes to such financial information.
