Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy. In the case of each DB Loan, Corp. shall have issued a financial guaranty insurance policy in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto (as appropriately completed, a "Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy"), in support of the principal of and interest on such DB Loan, and such Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy shall be in full force and effect.
