FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND NOTICES. Until all the Obligations (other than Obligations under Hedging Agreements) have been paid and satisfied in full and the Revolving Credit Commitment and L/C Commitment have terminated, unless consent has been obtained in the manner set forth in Section 14.11 hereof, the Credit Parties will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent (which the Administrative Agent will promptly furnish to the Lenders at their respective addresses as set forth on Schedule 1.1(a), or such other office as may be designated to the Administrative Agent from time to time):
