Common use of Financial Information, etc Clause in Contracts

Financial Information, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Effective Date a certificate of a Financial Officer of CatchMark Timber attaching true and correct copies of (a) the annual audit report required by Section 7.1.1(b) for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2016, and (b) pro forma financial projections for CatchMark Timber and its Subsidiaries for the 24-month period ending December 31, 2019, prepared on a quarterly basis for such period.

Financial Information, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Effective Date a certificate of a Financial Officer of CatchMark Timber attaching true and correct copies of (a) the annual audit report required by clause (b) of Section 7.1.1(b) 7.1.1 for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 20162013, and (b) pro forma financial projections for CatchMark Timber and its Subsidiaries for the 24-month period ending December 31, 20192016, prepared on a quarterly basis for such period.

Financial Information, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Effective Date a certificate of a Financial Officer of CatchMark Timber attaching true and correct copies of (a) the annual audit report required by clause (b) of Section 7.1.1(b) 7.1.1 for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 20162012, (b) a projected operating expense budget for CatchMark Timber and its Subsidiaries, prepared on a monthly basis, for the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2014, and (bc) pro forma financial projections for CatchMark Timber and its Subsidiaries for the 2418-month period ending December 31June 30, 2019, prepared on a quarterly basis for such period2015.
