Financial Information of Companies. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, for delivery to the Lenders, within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt of a written request of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, such other information about the financial condition, properties and operations of any Company as may from time to time be reasonably requested, which information shall be submitted in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and certified by a Financial Officer of the relevant Company.
