Micro will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to each Lender Party (1) promptly after filing, copies of each Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K (or any respective successor forms) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any successor authority) or any national securities exchange (including, in each case, any exhibits thereto requested by any Lender Party), and (2) to the extent not disclosed in such Forms 10-K, Forms 10-Q, and Forms 8-K (or respective successor forms) for the applicable period, copies of the following financial statements, reports, notices and information:
