Financial Involvement. The coach/instructor is strictly a volunteer. If compensated, it is done so by the club through the approval of the Office of Recreation Sports & Facilities. If a club cannot afford to pay a coach/instructor after compensation has been previously arranged and agreed to, the coach/instructor may terminate his/her relationship with the club or continue as a volunteer. • The coach/instructor is not to be involved in the financial responsibilities of the club without approval of the Assistant Director. • The coach/instructor should not use personal funds for club needs or activities at any time outside of relevant personal expenses when traveling. Any use of personal funds for unauthorized reasons must receive approval from the Assistant Director. • Reimbursement for personal expenses is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the individual club.

  • Financial Impact The school anticipates that the requested waivers will have no financial impact on Denver Public Schools or the school. How the Impact of the Waivers Will be Evaluated: Since this area has a critical impact on the performance of the entire school, the impact of this waiver will be measured by the same performance criteria and assessments that apply to the school, as set forth in this Charter School Agreement.

  • FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS There are no budget implications. The applicant will be responsible for all costs, expenses, liabilities and obligations imposed under or incurred in order to satisfy the terms of this proposed development agreement. The administration of the proposed development agreement can be carried out within the approved 2019- 2020 budget and with existing resources.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:

  • Financial Framework 1. In accordance with Article 2.1 of Protocol 38c, the total amount of the financial contribution is € 1548.1 million in annual tranches of € 221.16 million over the period running from 1 May 2014 to 30 April 2021, inclusive.

  • Staffing Concerns Nurses, individually or as a group, believing there is an immediate workload/staffing problem should bring that problem to the attention of the supervisor or Nurse Manager as soon as the problem is identified. Nurses believing there is a continuous or potential workload/staffing problem, which may include the ability to receive rest periods and lunch breaks, should attempt to resolve the problem in discussions at the work unit level. Continuous or potential workload/staffing problems discussed at the work unit level that have not been resolved may be raised through the Joint Conference Committee. The Joint Conference Committee may determine that a unit- based work team would best address the workload/staffing problem raised. If the Joint Conference Committee makes that determination, a sub-committee consisting of an appropriate number of staff nurses who are from the unit and shift(s) experiencing the workload/staffing problem (appropriate number of staff nurses to be determined by the Joint Conference Committee), a WSNA representative and appropriate management staff will meet to discuss the problem raised. The sub-committee(s) shall report its results back to the Joint Conference Committee.

  • FINANCIAL AID I understand that aid described as “estimated” on my Financial Aid Award does not represent actual or guaranteed payment, but is an estimate of the aid I may receive if I meet all requirements stipulated by the relevant aid program. If my eligibility for financial aid changes for any reason, I understand that I will be responsible for any charges on my account that were previously covered by financial aid and that I will be responsible for repaying to the lender any credit balances that were refunded to me. I understand and agree that the federal financial aid I receive will be applied by the University for the payment of mandatory fees, and fees for tuition and room and board, which I owe the University. I further understand that if I want the University to apply my federal financial aid to other charges which appear on my fee xxxx during the academic year, I must complete a Title IV Financial Aid Authorization, which is available on the student administration system website, under the heading of “Student Help,” or by following this link: xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxx-xxxxx-xx-xxxxxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx/ I understand that all prizes, awards, scholarships and grants awarded to me by the University will be credited to my student account and applied toward any outstanding balance owed the University. I further understand that my receipt of a prize, award, scholarship or grant is considered a financial resource under federal Title IV financial aid regulations, and may therefore reduce my eligibility for other federal and/or state financial aid (i.e., loans, grants, Federal Work Study) which, if already disbursed to my student account, may have to be reversed and returned to the aid source. I understand that amounts I will owe for the repayment of my student loans may not be dischargeable in bankruptcy.

  • Commercial Items The Software, including all related documentation, are “Commercial Item(s),” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. Section 2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Section 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Sections 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (i) only as Commercial Items; and (ii) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Segmentation The purchase of any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings are all separate offers and separate from any other order for any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings You may receive or have received from Oracle. You understand that You may purchase any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings independently of any other Products or Service Offerings.   • Financial Controls At all times, the Charter School shall maintain appropriate governance and managerial procedures and financial controls which procedures and controls shall include, but not be limited to: (1) commonly accepted accounting practices and the capacity to implement them (2) a checking account; (3) adequate payroll procedures; (4) procedures for the creation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reports, which procedures shall specifically identify the individual who will be responsible for preparing such financial reports in the following fiscal year; (5) internal control procedures for cash receipts, cash disbursements and purchases; and (6) maintenance of asset registers and financial procedures for grants in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

  • Public Involvement The NRCS State Conservationist will ensure the public is involved in the development of this State-based Prototype Agreement and participates in Section 106 review as set forth above in Section V (reference to other parties).
