Financial Limit Sample Clauses

A Financial Limit clause sets a maximum cap on the amount of financial liability one party may incur under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies a dollar amount or formula that limits damages, indemnities, or claims, regardless of the total losses suffered. For example, it may restrict a supplier’s liability to the value of the contract or a multiple of the fees paid. The core function of this clause is to allocate and manage risk by providing certainty and predictability regarding potential financial exposure for both parties.
