Financial Limit. 3.1 Payments under this Calldown Contract shall not, exceed £454,511 (Pound Four Hundred Fifty Four Thousand and Five Hundred Eleven Only) (“the Financial Limit”) and is exclusive of any government taxes.
Financial Limit. The financial limit of State appropriated funds under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount indicated on the latest executed version of the signature page of this Agreement and the Department shall not be obligated to make any payment to the Contractor in excess of that amount.
Financial Limit. Payments under this Contract shall not, in any circumstances, exceed £1,838,282 (GBP One million eight hundred thirty eight thousand two hundred eighty two only) exclusive of all government taxes ("the Financial Limit").

Financial Limit. 3.1 Payments under this Call-down Contract shall not exceed £ 226,972 GBP Two hundred twenty six thousand nine hundred seventy two only (“the Financial Limit”) and is exclusive of any government tax, if applicable as detailed in Annex B.

Financial Limit. 3.1 Payments under this Call-down Contract shall not, exceed £996,385 (“the Financial Limit”) and is exclusive of any government tax, if applicable as detailed in Annex B. When Payments shall be made on a 'Milestone Payment Basis' the following Clause 28.1 shall be substituted for Clause 28.1 of the Framework Agreement.
