Financial Limit. 3.1 Payments under this Calldown Contract shall not exceed £345,007.11 (“the Financial Limit”) and is exclusive of any government tax, if applicable.
Financial Limit. The financial limit of State appropriated funds under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount indicated on the latest executed version of the signature page of this Agreement and the Department shall not be obligated to make any payment to the Contractor in excess of that amount.
Financial Limit. Payments under this Contract shall not, in any circumstances, exceed £1,838,282 (GBP One million eight hundred thirty eight thousand two hundred eighty two only) exclusive of all government taxes ("the Financial Limit").

Financial Limit. Payments under this Contract shall not, in any circumstances, exceed [XXX] for fees and [XXX] for expenses within a total limit of [XXX] inclusive of all taxes applicable ("the Financial Limit").
Financial Limit. Payments under this Contract shall not, in any circumstances, exceed INR 82, 12,416 (Rupees Eighty Two Lacs Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Only) exclusive of all government taxes ("the Financial Limit").
Financial Limit. 3.1 Payments under this Calldown Contract shall not, exceed £22,290,205.20 (“the Financial Limit”) for the Contract Period and is inclusive of any government tax. The Payments shall be made on a 'Milestone Payment Basis' the following Clause 28.1 shall be substituted for Clause 28.1 of the Framework Agreement.
Financial Limit. Payments under this Contract shall not, in any circumstances, exceed £272,450 exclusive of any government tax, if applicable ("the Financial Limit").
Financial Limit. 3.1 The components which comprise the Financial Limit are set out in Section 5 (Schedule of Prices). No expenditure may be incurred in excess of the Financial Limit and no virements between components shown in the Section 5 (Schedule of Prices) are permitted without the prior written authority of the DFID Contract Officer.
