Financial Limit. 3.1 The components which comprise the Financial Limit are set out in Section 5 (Schedule of Prices). No expenditure may be incurred in excess of the Financial Limit and no virements between components shown in the Section 5 (Schedule of Prices) are permitted without the prior written authority of the DFID Contract Officer.
