Within 10 calendar days of the date of such correspondence with the ADIFI, the MAO shall also provide AHCCCS DHCM-Finance Unit with informational copies of requests to and approvals received from the ADIFI for distributions of equity or other similar financial transactions that affect the MAO’s financial solvency.
