Financial Notifications. Within ten (10) calendar days of the date of such correspondence with the DIFI, MAO shall also provide AHCCCS DHCM-Finance Unit with informational copies of requests to and approvals received from the DIFI for distributions of equity or other similar financial transactions that affect XXX’s financial solvency.
