Financial Obligations Are Separate. Any contract, mortgage, loan or other instrument of indebtedness entered into by the School and a third party shall not in any way constitute an obligation, either general, special, or moral, of Osprey Wilds. The School will never pledge the full faith and credit of Osprey Wilds for the payment of any School contract, mortgage, loan or other instrument of indebtedness. Any contract, mortgage, loan or other instrument of indebtedness entered into by Osprey Wilds and a third party shall not in any way constitute an obligation, either general, special, or moral, of the School. Osprey Wilds will never pledge the full faith and credit of the School for the payment of any Osprey Wilds contract, mortgage, loan or other instrument of indebtedness.
