Financial Obligations of Joint Venturers. are several Subject to clauses 28.4 and 28.5 (and any other provision of this Agreement which may expressly provide otherwise), the liability of each Joint Venturer in respect of each Financial Obligation of the User is several, and each Joint Venturer will only be liable for an amount owing by the User equivalent to its Joint Venture Percentage of that amount.
