Obligations of the City A. The City agrees to give the Contractor access to the Project area and other City- owned properties as required to perform the necessary Services under this Agreement.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS There will be no transfer of funds between the Parties under this Agreement and each Party will fund its own participation. Obligations of the Consultant A. CONSULTANT shall perform as required by this AGREEMENT. CONSULTANT also warrants on behalf of itself and all subcontractors engaged for the performance of this AGREEMENT.
Obligations of the Client 3.1 The Client is responsible for the information they have provided to GoodHabitz, the use of the Service and keeping access to these confidential. The Client commits to using the Service within the limits of the provisions of the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Financial Obligation While this contract is in effect, the student is required to meet the financial obligations of this contract. Housing fees are charged through the Account Services Office. Students must pay their accounts per the policies of that office.
