Common use of Financial obligations of the Institution Clause in Contracts

Financial obligations of the Institution. The payments specified in Section5(a) above shall constitute the Institution’s, Investigator’s and his/her Team’s sole remuneration in connection with the Trial. In the event that Biogen has not given its prior express written approval regarding any costs or expenses, the Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses arising from the conduct of the Trial, including but not limited to, pharmacy fees and laboratory tests.

In the event that Biogen has not given its prior express written approval regarding any costs or expenses, the Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses arising from the conduct of the Trial, including but not limited to, pharmacy fees and laboratory tests; however excluding remuneration of the Investigator and Staff members.

With regard to this Study, Biogen and CRO shall not enter into any separate agreements with the Investigator nor any member of the Staff.
