Financial Proposal Tender Forms – prices By submitting this tender, the tenderer commits to performing this public contract in conformity with the provisions of the Tender Specifications/ – and explicitly declares accepting all conditions listed in the Tender Specifications and renounces any derogatory provisions such as his own general sales conditions. The unit prices and the global prices for each item in the inventory are established relative to the value of these items in relation to the total value of the tender. All general and financial costs as well as the profits are distributed between the various items in proportion to their weight. The value added tax is dealt with on a separate line in the summary bill of quantities or the inventory, to be added to the tender's value. The tenderer commits to performing the public contract in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Specifications for the following prices, given in euros and exclusive of VAT: Should this tender be approved, the performance bond will be constituted under the conditions and deadlines stipulated in the Tender Specifications. The confidential information and/or the information relating to technical or business secrets is indicated clearly in the tender. Proposal Proposal means any information supplied by or on behalf of the insured, deemed to be a completed proposal form and medical questionnaire and other relevant information that the insurer may require.
Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.
Request for Proposals A State request inviting proposals for Goods or Services. This Contract shall be governed by the statutes, regulations and procedures of the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION 1. Timely Proposal Submittal. Proposals must be submitted as described herein to the Purchasing & Contracting Department (P&C).
Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)
Financial Plan As soon as practicable and in any event no later than 90 days after the beginning of each Fiscal Year, a monthly consolidated and consolidating plan and financial forecast for such Fiscal Year (a “Financial Plan”), including a forecasted consolidated balance sheet and forecasted consolidated and consolidating statements of income and consolidated statement of cash flows of Holdings and its Subsidiaries for such Fiscal Year, together with pro forma Compliance Certificates for each such Fiscal Year and an explanation of the assumptions on which such forecasts are based;
Pro Forma Statement The Receiver, as soon as practicable after Bank Closing, in accordance with the best information then available, shall provide to the Assuming Institution a pro forma statement reflecting any adjustments of such liabilities and assets as may be necessary. Such pro forma statement shall take into account, to the extent possible, (i) liabilities and assets of a nature similar to those contemplated by Section 2.1 or Section 3.1, respectively, which at Bank Closing were carried in the Failed Bank's suspense accounts, (ii) accruals as of Bank Closing for all income related to the assets and business of the Failed Bank acquired by the Assuming Institution hereunder, whether or not such accruals were reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank in the normal course of its operations, and (iii) adjustments to determine the Book Value of any investment in an Acquired Subsidiary and related accounts on the "bank only" (unconsolidated) balance sheet of the Failed Bank based on the equity method of accounting, whether or not the Failed Bank used the equity method of accounting for investments in subsidiaries, except that the resulting amount cannot be less than the Acquired Subsidiary's recorded equity as of Bank Closing as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Acquired Subsidiary. Any Loan purchased by the Assuming Institution pursuant to Section 3.1 which the Failed Bank charged off during the period beginning the day after the Bid Valuation Date to the date of Bank Closing shall be deemed not to be charged off for the purposes of the pro forma statement, and the purchase price shall be determined pursuant to Section 3.2.

Business Plan The Lenders shall have received a satisfactory detailed business plan of the Borrowers for fiscal years 1996 - 2002 and a satisfactory written analysis of the business and prospects of the Borrowers for the period from the Closing Date through the final maturity of the Term Loans.
