Common use of Financial Planning and Forecasting Clause in Contracts

Financial Planning and Forecasting. ‌ Service Component Provider shall provide the MSI with a semi-annual forecast of Charges and usage trends by Service (aligned with the State’s fiscal year). The Charges forecast must be inclusive of Rate Card Resources, Pass-Through Expenses and New Services. The forecast must also include known and expected changes captured as part of the Technology Plan and Capacity Management processes. As described in the SMM, such forecasts shall be delivered by Service Component Provider to DIR on the following schedule:
