Financial Reports, Etc. Mortgagor shall, at Mortgagor's sole cost and expense, provide Mortgagee with any financial statements, financial reports, appraisals or other documentation with respect to Mortgagor or the Mortgaged Property which may be required from time to time by any Governmental Authority having regulatory authority over Mortgagee. Such information shall be provided by Mortgagor within thirty (30) days after written request from Mortgagee.
