Financial Statements and Internal Control over Financial Reporting. (i) The Purchaser Annual Financial Statements and the Purchaser’s interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, have been prepared in accordance with IFRS and all applicable Laws and present fairly, in all material respects, as applicable, the assets, liabilities (whether accrued or otherwise), consolidated financial position as at December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2020, and the results of operations or financial performance and cash flows of the Purchaser and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2020, respectively, for the periods covered thereby applied on a basis consistent with the immediately prior period and throughout the periods indicated (except as may be indicated expressly in the notes thereto).
