Financial Statements and Rent Rolls. The Mortgage Loan documents for each Mortgage require the related Mortgagor to provide the holder of the related Mortgage Loan with at least annual operating statements, financial statements and, except for Mortgage Loans for which the related Mortgaged Property is leased to a single tenant or is a multifamily or similar property, rent rolls.
