FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF BROKER. 9.1 Broker shall, upon request but at least annually, submit to AH financial statements for the most recent 12-month period that accurately and completely disclose any material adverse changes that have occurred and that otherwise are satisfactory to AH. 9.2 Broker’s financial Information shall be used by AH for monitoring of Broker's performance only and will be held in strictest confidence by AH.
