Financial Statements; Reports; Certificates and Books and Records. Until Bank Facility Termination, Borrower and MCRI shall, unless the Agent Bank (with the written approval of the Requisite Lenders) otherwise consents, at Borrower's sole expense, deliver to the Agent Bank and each of the Lenders a full and complete copy of each of the following and shall comply with each of the following financial requirements:
