Property Manager has not relied on any historical financial statement of the Property, or any projection of earnings or any statements as to the possibility of future success or other similar matter that may have been delivered or made available to Property Manager, and Property Manager understands that Operating Partnership does not make nor has made any guarantee as to the future financial success of the Property.
