FINANCIAL TERMS TO SANTARIS. 7.1 Initial Fee. Enzon shall pay to Santaris the following fees within ten (10) Business Days after the Effective Date: (a) US$3,000,000 in respect of the rights granted hereunder to SPC2968; (b) US$3,000,000 in respect of the rights granted hereunder to SPC3042; and (c) US$2,000,000 in respect of the reimbursement of costs incurred prior to the Effective Date to discover and develop SPC2968 and SPC3042.
