Common use of Financial Warranties Clause in Contracts

Financial Warranties. Customer represents, warrants and covenants that it has the financial viability to fulfill the obligations under the Agreement and any Service Order. In addition, during the Term, Customer will provide prompt written notice to Au10tix of any event or condition that results in, or is reasonably likely to result in, a material adverse change to Customer’s financial condition, reputation or operation to the extent it may adversely affect the performance of this Agreement or any valid Service Order.
