Common use of Financials Clause in Contracts

Financials. Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received audited consolidated balance sheets at December 31, 2013, statements of income and cash flows at December 31, 2013 and interim unaudited financial statements at March 31, 2014, June 30, 2014 and September 30, 2014; and

Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received (i) audited consolidated balance sheets at December 31, 20132008 and 2009, statements of income and cash flows at December 31, 2013 2007, 2008 and 2009 and interim unaudited financial statements at March 31, 2014, June 30, 2014 and September 30, 20142010, (ii) restated unaudited financial statements at December 31, 2008 and 2009 to reflect discontinued operations and (iii) financial projections and pro forma financial statements for Company and its Subsidiaries; and

Financials. Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received (i) audited consolidated balance sheets at December 31, 20132012, statements of income and cash flows at December 31, 2013 2012 and interim unaudited financial statements at March Xxxxx 00, 0000, (xx) restated unaudited financial statements at December 31, 2014, June 30, 2014 2012 to reflect discontinued operations and September 30, 2014(iii) financial projections and pro forma financial statements for Company and its Subsidiaries; and
